This is a great company with many growth opportunities for anyone who wants to work hard to add value. * Promotes from within: management is observant of your performance and is not afraid to give you more responsibility if they feel you have earned it. * Great company climate: everyone is happy with their roles, responsibilities and management. * Awesome culture: lots of hard work, but also lots of fun and camaraderie. Coworkers are respectful and management is helpful.

Motion is a young, evolving company that is constantly improving. The resulting changes mean it falls short on having proper departmental procedures and role definitions for all areas.
