Pros
Other than getting paid MINIMALLY and gaining a couple life-long friends, there are no pros. This place is a prison to work in and the executives hold the keys to the cuffs that chain you to your desk
Cons
No room for upward growth, hire staff that are not equipped with the training to do their job and end up getting fired - revolving door, favoritism, over-worked and under-payed (I covered for 3 jobs at one point, no compensation), management is hands off until there is an error, then they won't let you forget that you are human and can make small mistakes. Minimal holidays off (don't count on Martin Luther King Jr. Day or Presidents' Days, which are both federal holidays)
