Good WLB, great management and people,

Pay is average and no benefits when I worked there

Good pay when in season and meeting new people

- Supervisors and Managers micromanage you every second of the day - When rain is in the forecast, they still want you to treat the properties before/after rain - Management needs to learn how to read and use weather sites/apps for weather events; not just guess when the rain starts or stops - They don't let technicians make decisions for weather events, all controlled by the office only - Lack of proper training on how to apply treatments, got one day of training and thrown to the wolves
