Pros
Amazing coworkers! Comfy work environments. Decent schedule. Supervisors overall pretty good. Decent bennies. I think senior management really does try to do good, but they were extremely disconnected from the daily reality of most staff.
Cons
HR department was very frequently inaccurate/dishonest. Values internal politics over doing the right thing. Contacted me more than once for office issues while I was on PTO (ex: on my honeymoon!!) then tried to paint it as "courtesy" and "expectation" . Termed me so they could hire in a different position. Very, very little opportunity for vertical promotion.
