Nothing good about company at all.
Cons
The owner often shafts his employees by not paying subcontractors. He tells employees one thing to their faces and then does totally opposite behinds their back. He is often in financial difficulties - does not pay subcontractors. He is not there to get guidance and leaves employees to flounder on their own.
