You will be threatened with your job security if you fail to meet targets. Instead of giving you guidance and further structured training on how to do better in your role, the CEO feels he should take ownership of the deal proving he “still has it”. The commission here is uncapped however be aware that, even with your degree (from a top university), it is likely that you will be starting as an unpaid intern doing 11 hour days.
