Pros
I was in Morrison for almost a year and worked as a Production Intern and moved my way to a full-time opportunity when COVID hit. I really enjoyed learning on the production line, their hands-on approach is something that deserves applause but at the same time high verticals exist.
Cons
Management can be uptight sometimes and your ideas get tossed sometimes if it challenges the status-quo. It takes a while to get used to the culture as there is less diversity in the workforce and not too many/any POC leaders to look out for if you are a POC.
