- Ability to help Customers same-day or next day. - Flexibility with Dr’s Appts. - Tech Builder Training is a fantastic way to learn about HVAC with zero previous experience. - Work/Life Balance

Cons

- Micromanaged. - Insurance Costs. - Not paid for drive time to first call nor on the way Home from last call (regardless of the length of the drive). - Company is more concerned with growing the Company rather than working on current problems/issues. - Compensation - Management/Company celebrates Techs who sell. - Management/Company doesn’t recognize Techs who honestly operate by the Company’s Core Values and perform Preventative Maintenances like the were taught to.

Cons

- Soul sucking. You are a number here. Golden handcuffs in exchange to compromise your integrity.

When we believe a customer could truly benefit from something, we suggest it as an option, but never with pushy sales tactics. They deserve better than that. We hate to hear you felt that wasn't the case here.
