Pros
MM offers employees a unique, family-oriented culture. Not only is the organization flexible and accommodating to children and family concerns, but employees are encouraged to work together and support one another, just as your family would. We work hard and sometimes disagree, but in the end we're all working toward the common good :-)
In addition, MM is always willing to give employees new challenges, self-start and take on as much responsibility as you are able.
Cons
On the flip side of flexibility and a flat operating structure is sometimes a lack of clear processes. To achieve "client delight," we often customize our processes to answer client needs, as we should. However, a lack of standardization sometimes makes it hard to get things done quickly, efficiently, or especially for new hires to know how to get things done.
