Very professional healthcare leadership recruiting firm. The owner spends time training his people. He has bigger than life personality. Good team atmosphere. Fun place to work.
Cons
Small boutique family firm affects growth opportunities. If you want to be just a Recruiter, this is the place! Recruiters will stay recruiters. However, for someone who wants to make more money, there are no "full desk" business development opportunities as the owner controls that, which is his choice.
