Pros

People are great, knowledgeable and care about their work. Design and produce great things.

Cons

Losing great people, culture becoming corporate due to increased growth. Turn over and training is having an effect on remaining staff with the knowledge to train and pickup the slack.

Although Moog promotes an unlimited PTO policy and emphasizes work-life balance, the actual execution is highly inconsistent and depends heavily on management. Some managers are supportive, while others induce guilt, leading to a culture where employees either underutilize their time or feel uncertain about expectations. Furthermore, compensation lags behind the market average, and internal career growth feels stagnant rather than actively supported.
