      Pros

      I had a great 4.5 yrs here. Everyone seems to be a team player and ready to help you succeed in your career. At this point I would like to go back to do the same with the experience I've gained.

      Cons

      Definitely would need a bit more training programs for the younger generation.

      flexible paid vacation, pharmacy with great discounted otc meds , free bloodwork on site, paid volunteer time off, profit share, great 401k match, discounted stock share

      Pros

      The company has a bit of a startup-like vibe, and still feels established. They’re pretty open to letting younger engineers take on real responsibility , which makes it a good place to grow. From what I’ve seen in all-hands meetings, the senior leadership also seems to genuinely care about employees—you can kind of tell they’re paying attention and trying to take care of the team.

      There’s nothing perfect, enjoy the time when you get in.
