      The people you work with really care about the work that they do. Management seems to have the correct vision most of the time as well. Moog lives on paying their employees overtime.

      Cons

      Sometimes management doesn't know what they want and the direction of the company is somewhat unclear.

      flexible paid vacation, pharmacy with great discounted otc meds , free bloodwork on site, paid volunteer time off, profit share, great 401k match, discounted stock share

      Pros

      The company has a bit of a startup-like vibe, and still feels established. They’re pretty open to letting younger engineers take on real responsibility , which makes it a good place to grow. From what I’ve seen in all-hands meetings, the senior leadership also seems to genuinely care about employees—you can kind of tell they’re paying attention and trying to take care of the team.

      There’s nothing perfect, enjoy the time when you get in.
