Work life balance. Great manager. Really good work place and experience

Sometimes the workload can feel like a lot but you do get great support from your team.

The organization had many processes in place to accomplish the work at hand. My manager was formerly an engineer, so it was great working with him. It inspired me to work harder to achieve project milestones on time by doing prep work early, doing some quality control and eventually reporting project status to mid- and chief IT management.
