Cons
Family owned businesses are really hard to work for. Their location is a dump not made to hire Inside Sales people that do a lot of Cold Calling. They have no high cubicles installed and you are put inside an office with 2 other people that don't do the same job as you so they are constantly asking you to tone it down. Give me a break! Their Micro Management style is ridiculous and their goals are even worse and so out of touch in today's business strategies. You get leads from Sales Genie (who uses them anymore?) that are so outdated that is not good and you also need to use their clumsy CRM application instead of just using Excel to document the Cold Call. CRM data is only for leads that have been prospected out of the Cold Call environment. They have a super annoying with a weird accent Inside Sales Rep and you will be compared to her constantly. They have a lot of people that have worked there for many years but based on their personality and background they will not be able to find a similar job if the company went out of business....
