Pros

-Comprehensive training program that equips you with the skillset needed to be successful in this role as well as future roles. -Collaborative environment with lots of support and good communication. -Clear expectations and path for success/promotion. -Amazing benefits - essentially free healthcare (medical, vision & dental), unlimited PTO and they encourage you to take it, sick leave, focus on mental health & personal wellbeing. -Flexible work from home/hybrid arrangements, depending on your specific role.

Cons

-Really the only con for me so far is the pay. It is relatively competitive, but competitive doesn't always mean livable anymore. If living in the cities they have offices (Denver, NYC, LA, etc.) it's going to be difficult. The benefits and especially work life balance help with this - but still, wish the pay was about 10-20% more than what I am making for my current role.

Pros

It's been such a pleasure, joy and fresh air to work here. I'm respected, as is my work life balance.

Cons

Leadership hasn't always been consistent with their words and actions, making it feel scary and tumultuous at times.

Pros

Good pay. Started as a solid brand with talented coworkers.

Cons

No real upward mobility or promotion opportunity. Higher-level senior management is disconnected from creative leadership and tends to gamble a bit too much with client relationships. Agency promises a lot of benefits and growth opportunities for employees that do not come to fruition. When budgets get tight, they cut creative teams regardless of whether the account and employee have been performing well for the agency.
