Pros
Can make good money if you work 24/7
Cons
Where to even begin… the list goes on and on but what really threw me off was how little Mondo actually cares about their reputation and brand. The way they force clients and candidates to do what they want to where it gets to a point that clients get frustrated at us or candidates pull from opportunities should speak volumes. The clearing process for candidates is what also shocked me and made me realize how Mondo only cares about money. If you’re a candidate who might need 24 hours to accept an offer, just know you won’t be submitted to any roles at Mondo. The way they force candidates to accept offers same day, interview with little to no turnaround as if these candidates don’t have jobs or lives to worry about is beyond me and shows they don’t care about the candidates wellbeing, just making money off the candidate. The amount of candidates I’ve had pull from opportunities because of how psychotic we are should be enough to make them change their process but it doesn’t. And don’t even get me started on the email blasts we send out that only make us look like a scam. I think if leadership at Mondo took a step back and listened to their employees, clients, and candidates, this could be a great company but just be prepared to screw candidates over left and right if you work here. There are few managers at Mondo that actually care about their team but if you end up with a manager who doesn’t, just be prepared to be belittled every day of your life and constantly feeling like you’re going to be fired. One last thing, the constant pings and unnecessary urgency is draining and will only cause burn out. There are no room for mistakes here or any life outside of work as management here acts like staffing is the end all be all. Save yourself the headache, tears, and stress and avoid mondo at all costs.
