Pros
Fun people to work with, you can bring your dog, beer in the fridge
Cons
This company is too good to be true. They change your comp plan/promotion structure, they take away benefits (then blame Addison, who bought them about 2 years ago so the employees don't get mad at real management), and were SO irresponsible and horrible to their employee's during COVID-19. During WFH for COVID-19, they upped recruiters submission numbers even though we had less req's/jobs to work, then found out that was not working, so then added "business development" to the workload of the recruiters. They made it clear everyone should be working after hours and on weekends, and even if you did that you would be placed on PIP. 7 people from the Denver office left in a span of 2 months, and there was only 17-ish people there to begin with. When someone would leave due to the amount of stress and miscommunication from management, the President would jump on the office Zoom and refer to it as "trimming the fat." Oh, and the recruitment manager hired her sister while this was going on! Not only that, but it was a known fact she was sending her sister submissions so she wouldn't be targeted for making a terrible management call. They also love to talk about Mental health but it is all fluff and they truly don't care if you're happy or stressed. They bring up the fact that they have a partnership with Headspace on every company call, but when it comes down to it, if you say that you're struggling, they will say you have a "bad mentality" and hold it against you.
