Pros

- Still keep up with my former IT Recruiter who sat next to me and the ADs who sat across from me. - The salary was also one of the only good things that came from this position. - Culture was young and refreshing, but it was looked down upon if you took a bathroom break or didn't work through lunch. - I felt like I could talk to my Territory Manager about anything. - Great location in Dallas.

Cons

- Training was too confusing. - I had to keep going back to my training which took away time from actually recruiting. - Team Lead micromanaged me like I have never seen IN MY LIFE. I wanted to flush my iPhone down the toilet. - I was "Advised" to stay after normal hours at work and leave at 8 or 9 p.m. to get "subs." Got home at 10 p.m., to find my phone blown up by Google chat messages from my Team Lead worrying me about getting "subs." and to call people in the middle of the night to phone screen them for positions. Got 4 hours of sleep, then woke up to e-mail chain messages at 5 in the morning. I didn't go to college for this. - Horrendous work/life balance. If you want to work 20 hours a day and sleep 4 hours a day, then fill out an application. - If you want to be micromanaged to the highest degree imaginable, fill out an application. - If you want to receive emails, chat alerts, text messages and phone calls non-stop in the middle of the night from your obsessive Team Lead worrying you about work, fill out an application. - If you want to receive, "CALL ME!!" messages and emails from your Team Lead every 4 minutes, fill out an application. - If you want a non-existent work/life balance, fill out an application. - If you want to be pressured day in and day out to meet your quotas, fill out an application. - You should basically fill out an application if you don't care about your self-worth or inner peace.

Pros

meritocracy uncapped commission culture of growth competitive & collaborative environment work life integration

Cons

the reality is success requires sacrifice, and anyone who says differently is lying. the pros have far outweighed any sacrifices I've made in my career here!

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

I decided I’m sick of seeing the fake 5 star reviews. This place will tear you down, expect unrealistic metrics that don’t translate to anything, and it was an insanely toxic environment. I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy. I get why companies and hiring managers don’t work with them ever again. If you think of applying look at turnover and the amount they hire across all offices. Went to other staffing companies and realized how insane they operate it’s almost comical
