Stay away - they don't pay - Administrative Monarch Roofing Employee Review

1) they have been investigated by the state of South Carolina for purposely not paying their employees overt time, and Monarch is trying to find the $150K that they owe us 2) they do not pay their subs on time if at all - lots of repeated calls for payment, to which the response is always "please resubmit your invoice" 3) Management spends money like they are growing it on a tree but can't give raises or the back over time pay owed 4) they expect everyone to work a minimum of 45 hours a week, but only pay for 40... That doesn't add up. This is not a reputable company.
