Pros
The pay is good and the hours are wonderful if you need hours. Learning new techniques, and ways to prepare dishes were my favorite thing about this job The sous chefs were amazing and taught me much knowledge as I was in the schooling stage of my career.
Cons
My personal experience the lack of care for the employees and the environment was not friendly.
