- The nicest people I have ever worked with! People are genuinely kind, helpful, and want to see you succeed. Definitely an encouraging team environment. - Very knowledgeable management who push the team to continuously grow and learn. - Beautiful property and a place you can be very proud to work at. - Delicious free cafeteria food for all employees. - Great benefits for hotel rooms for yourself and your friends. - Monthly employee recognition receptions that are very nice. It is great to see team members recognized and appreciated!

- Not enough vacation days or holidays offered. - Need an outdoor area for employees to have lunch breaks. - Should be more open to management dining on property (without having to get approval in advance - sometimes you want to meet friends and dine last minute).
