I think i know what team you were on and largely I agree with what you have said. Hopefully when you next check in with your old colleagues they will tell you that we are listening and things are changing for the better. We have some great people in middle mamagement and they needed more support and for their voice to be heard. We have heard them loud and clear and we are doing what is long overdue to equip that team to succeed. SC, COO
