Pros

Weekends but to tired to enjoy

Cons

12 hour shifts sometimes, very little commission for what you do and will try to cut your commission even lower for anything , horrible uniforms, high turnovers no benefits,cleaning the car on your time remember you are commission, meetings 2 days a week and it's the same thing over and over again since you will have new people every week

Pros

Learning experience that provided a look into a house cleaning role, staff was vey considerate. I worked at this company in 2020.

Cons

Work was exhausting, would often clean 3 story houses. Consistently cleaned 3-5 houses a day. Customers would rarely tip.
