Good communication/management - Server/Waiter Moldaw Residences Employee Review

The Residents always make my day. For the past year, I have been building amazing relationships with my coworkers and the residents. It is a true community, and I feel like I am part of it. Work feels a lot like a second home, and I am glad that I have that in a place where I am happy to be!

The only con that I can think of is that I wish I accrued more vacation time at a faster rate. I like to travel with my family a lot, so we mostly stick to weekend getaways.

Great benefits, yearly bonus, discount on lunches for employees.

Poor management. Over worked caregivers/staff. Sometimes the residents would be disrespectful. Say goodbye to your personal life. Was constantly given a hard time for missing work due to medical reasons. Management would talk poorly about the workers and be disrespectful as well. Also no way of growing, everyone had favorites.
