Flexible work schedule, great health/vision/dental insurance, 401K, 15 vacation days plus PTO based on tenure, team bonding events, great culture, etc. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Cons
High volume. Not a con just something to keep in mind. The firm holds it's employees to high standards, so be prepared to work hard. Firm is growing, so they are still working out the kinks.
