Great place to work, with very enthusiastic scientists, a fun and very sociable community, and a very good remuneration+benefits package compared to other companies in Cambridge. During my time, I felt involved in decision making processes that would affect me, and that the company cared about my long term development. Last but not least, the research aims of the company are something very unique within the current biotech landscape, which I found extremely appealing and motivating during my work.
