      Good coworkers, steady workflow, lots of overtime

      Cons

      I worked here for almost a year. The attitude is if you make a mistake or have a bad night, they would rather write you up first and ask how to fix the problem later. Many times problems are out of your control. They don't like to pay a lot of money and tend to treat workers unfairly.

      Private company, close to home, good benefits, good work culture, and fantastic flexibility. I have a future here and good support. I hope to retire from here

      Cons

      I wear a lot of hats, so it can be stressful when it gets busy. Lacking a good 401k, and vacation time could be better

      Clean shop and they invest in the latest tech.

      Cons

      No Christmas bonus. No profit sharing to speak of. Total lack of appreciation for what we do on the shop floor.
