Pros
* The passion and focus on work-life balance, tied to being distributed is stand-out. * This team is more social, engaged and communicative than any co-located company I have ever worked for. It is hard for people to imagine this quality of relationships while working from home who haven't experienced it. * The level of technical talent here is kind of bananas. Serious top shelf, without all the ego drama. * I get to work with some amazing problems and brands in services. Microsoft. Levis. eBay. Stanford. Talk about serious enterprise portfolio work. * I've personally built a true career here, and watch a number of people do that along side me. The opportunities are real, and knowing the long-term roadmap, this is a company has a lot more room for growth. * The team trips are something I look forward to every year. Tribe has taken me all over the Caribbean and Latin America. * The leadership is really transparent and I love knowing where the company stands.
Cons
The company has grown a LOT in the last 3 years and some times that growth means we are temporarily out of balance. There are moments when crunched where "live well" was a touch more aspirational than I wish for. Thankfully, that seems to be passing as we are finding our feet at this new size.
