On top of all that a new CTO was appointed, who in my opinion, is way out his depth. No “team meetings” and more 1-1 meetings with the aim to divide and conquer, so nobody has any idea of the vision. He also has little or no knowledge of the technologies used to drive the day-to-day services. If you are thinking of joining Modern Milkman then my advice would be "don't" - you will be over worked, and underappreciated until a time when you are classed as surplus to requirements and forced out.
