This environment has a lot of things you can learn and use to develop your future. You will have a lot of benefits, like 401K, Medical and Dental insurance, dead insurance and others.

People inside can seem too nice but try not to open your feelings too much with your colleagues because they can use that as an advantage from you. Keep your thoughts, feelings and if you are working in something, reserve it. People can seem so nice and helpful but, they're just trying to detain you for grow.
