Pros
Benefits after 90 days, Hybrid work, flexible schedule after completion of training.
Cons
Paid parking, required to be in office twice a week but you are unpaid for transit time. Low wages for demand of work. During first 90 you can NOT miss any time and you are stuck to a trainers schedule with little flexibility. There is an attitude of “I know best even when I contradict myself” specifically in the training department.
