Salary is a JOKE Job is best suited for high school kids looking to get a head start into the field not for someone looking for financial stability. Job tires to hire experienced, knowledgeable or as most people would say great candidates but refuses to pay anywhere near the appropriate salary (at least 10k/15k below Houston standards). Company does not value employees no healthcare benefits. False promises to both employees and customers bad practice especially for engineers who have to take an oath of ethics and that oath will be tested here. Almost worse than a pyramid scheme except you know that pyramid schemes are false when going into them. Great people get fired all the time when CEO decides he does not like you. I would like to compare this company to a well built high end car it has the ability to to do great things but will never live to its full potential in a bad drivers hands, it will actually probably be ruined by the driver. I see the current CEO losing all his good employees ( if that has not happened already) and in turn lose the company ( I do not wish this for anyone). High stress job and low pay does not qualify in my book.
