You get your pay cheque monthly; Have multiple customers globally and had some good folks in past when roaming was still profitable. Past CEOs were good.
Cons
Abusive management which still believes in dominating everyone. Nothing creative or passionate work done here. only goal is to make money even at the expense of lying to customers. They claim they have Big Data solutions when there is not a single analytics tool. Old roaming solutions repackaged and sold as Big Data even though it adds no additional value to customers. Almost 75% of Big data team left within a year after finding the truth. Old timers stay here because they cant find better options outside and are loyal servants to the management and have no self respect. Only reason people join back is they realise they become unemployable and cant work outside after being mobileumi-sed.
