Pros

- 60k starting salary - I rose to 100k before l left the company, even then they offered me 130k to stay lmao - I traveled and lived in 2 states because of working with them - amazing 4-6 month typical timeline until your first Fortune 500 company contract!! - if you want to write software, employers will notice and they will keep you, if you just want money you will fall out like many others I have seen.

Cons

- its difficult to leave, I had to give some 60 day notice, and I was able to go direct actually, but only after signing a 1 year addendum ontop of your 2 year commitment. - also did I mention 2 year commitment??? I mean technically that's slavery and I have not seen them enforce it, several contractors that I heard of that tried to get jobs from the firm failed EPICALLY.

Pros

Mobile Consulting Solutions is a great company is you would like to build strong technical and professional skills. Opportunity to travel, build a wealth of insight into different types of companies and businesses. You will work with some of the sharpest people in Information Technology. The raises are more than once a year.

Cons

Travel can be very extensive, up to 100% in the consulting practice. If you don't draw your own boundaries and take personal time away, you can end up exhausting yourself. Sometimes it can be difficult to take PTO between engagements, as there is always high demand.
