Pay definitely below market value. No 401k match until you’re with them for 6 years which the amount is a pathetic 1% match and legit no one stays with them for this long. Their outsourced recruiter made me set into a payment minimum requirement which was lower than I was after but assured me that I had room to negotiate during the offer stage - that was a complete lie. Their sick and vacation days are considered the same - a total generous 13 days a year. They legit act like they’re not offering bare minimum benefits while this is the actual worst I’ve ever seen and heard of even coming from employees that have been with them for way longer than me.
