Every day I'm inspired by the ingenuity of my colleagues. They are scrappy, dedicated and creative. I love my job and am proud of the work we do for clients. We get to work with some of the most interesting clients in biotech, cybersecurity, enterprise tech, logistics and others who are doing advancing their industries. The benefits are great and the company is serious about giving back to the community through paid volunteer time, pro bono work for non-profit clients, fellowships for increasing industry diversity, and giving 2% of profits and partner equity to social impact causes.

Fast growth during the pandemic and a flexible remote work policy makes it hard for employees to get to know each other, which is not management's fault -- they are doing their best to create in person events and fun virtual activities.

They pay you very well to keep you quiet.

False transparency. Superficial culture. HR is there to protect the business, not the employees. They check the boxes great for inclusivity, but it's all superficial. Every employee survey even shows that LGBTQIA+ and those with disabilities don't feel seen or heard despite having ERGs. They don't promote on quality of skills or performance, they only care about soft skills and how others see you. If you're not willing to play the game, you probably should work somewhere else. It's 100% politics after they pushed out their former partner.
