There are no HR policies, don't give salary in time, don't clear dues of a former employee, no insurance, no work culture, no job security, worst HRs & admins, worst management, don' give form 16 as the company is not registered, don't reply to mails for old dues.
People suffered who worked there, people are suffering who all are working there, people will suffer who will join this company.
Management doesn't take proper decisions to change the working culture.
Main point is they don't give salary on time. The salary will come in 5-6 installments for the month
