Outside of management, teamwork and camaraderie is great! Really hard working scientists who look after one another. Technology has potential to be built upon.
Cons
No growth potential and career development, inconsistent managerial messaging has lead to high turnover, lack of project management and ownership has lead to stagnant progression over the past two years.
