      Good ideas and passionate people

      Cons

      Projects are not well thought-out with requirements and goals constantly changing, leading to a lot of wasted work. Company lacks senior management and lacks employees with expertise in the product area. CEO is frequently passive aggressive and disrespectful, and there is no HR on site to support you. You are also working from her apartment which is awkward. High employee turnover.

      Pros

      - High aims to change the neurological science space. - Technologies & skill to back up those aims. - Down to earth and friendly people on the team. - High-speed environment, means you grow your skills really fast here. - A lot of freedom to improve things and bring your ideas to the table. - Some flexibility with working from home. - Seems to be a fairly open channel with leadership. - Normal work hours (Go home by 5:30pm / 6pm)

      Cons

      - Quickly changing requirements are sometimes too demanding / confusing / not fully fleshed out. - In a small team, sometimes emotions can high during stressful periods. - Lack of a real office space, light on benefits.
