Pros

French company so they have to give you good benefits and PTO. Interesting work and chill environment

Cons

Bit of a boy's club and you'll be stuck with random men from a labor corp

Pros

- Small but talented group of engineers - Rewarding field (assisting in cancer diagnosis)

Cons

- CEO has a $5m TC package while the employees creating the products are on government assistance - Company constantly violates HIPAA and instructs employees to lie to customers about downtime/security vulnerabilities to avoid voiding our contracts. Literal criminals - Zero growth opportunities. I received several title changes which meant nothing more than added work for zero pay while CEO Tom Logan and his sidekick Sheila Webb get regular bonuses/promotions - You're surrounded by people who know so little about technology or software in general that it's genuinely comical - Quite literally the lowest compensation in the state for the position, extremely low for national average as well
