Cons
- Low pay -Former FOA was fired and then I had to carry their workload without getting paid more -Basically, get treated like an on-call center -Pressured and pushed to sell and make a new appt for patients -Very very sale-oriented, customer service was not a priority -Often stressful or very boring -I put in my 2 weeks to leave and then was fired the next day Please don't work here!
