- Good pay if you're a new hire (if hired by corporate) - Compensation is on par with competitors (if hired by corporate) - Some of the best colleagues you'll ever find - Opportunity to learn and do lots of projects - Very fast pace environment

Cons

- Lots of changes if you're hotel based (not hire by corporate) - Saw lots of politics. Higher management couldn't last longer than 1.5 years. - Frequent promotions for favorite people despite low performance especially Director/HM/GM levels - Hard working people has no recognition - High pressure if you're in commercial team
