Making a difference in these children's lives is the only pro there is about working there and IF your the few chosen ones who are in the with the CEO, then compensation is unlimited!

Cons

Where do I begin! Let's start with the worst, the CEO- the most manipulative, unethical, unprofessional, unstable, insecure individual running this place basically explains all the bad reviews on here. Believe it!

I have loved working for the Minnesota Autism Center. Management is supportive and care about the mission. I've learned so many new skills during my time here. Benefits are always improving.

Having access to a lot of really great bcbas was absolutely wonderful and what made me last so long. They were really wonderful group of people to collaborate with and ultimately be the emotional support, the insanity that is this company. Most of those people however, have left.

Cons

The people who make the money decisions do not have clinical expertise in ABA or understanding of basic ABA ethics. They have been in money survival mode for so long. That is, their main focus is just surviving at the expense of quality Care. When staff would routinely tell me they would be embarrassed to show parents what we do here. You know it's a major problem
