Pros

Alternative and creative fashion brand , possibility of learning and young team

Cons

Horrible management, toxic environment, bullying from the CEO, no respect for human or workers rights, unpaid overtime and constant pressure to do overtime - they would literally tell people that they suck without further explanation and try to make us feel bad for our work saying that it was a motivational tactic…. They copy designs from small artists and claim them as their own. Claim to be hybrid but you have to deserve having the possibility of working for home otherwise they will put you in “detention” and will make you go to the office even if you are the only one and everyone else is working from home. I could go on the whole day about how bad this company is. Stay away from this place and don’t support brands that don’t support people.

Pros

young team which is easy to work with and get along with!

Cons

- management is very poor, always have the need to control every little thing that is happening - lacks some creativity with several cases of stolen designs, lack of responsibility, among others - it’s not as sustainable as claimed everywhere on job posts and social media - a lot of employees have suffered burned outs, mental pressure, being yelled at, among others directly by management - there is no organization in terms of managers and teams - claim to be “hybrid” but in fact 2 days at home is not considered hybrid - some employees are not even allowed to do that - there’s a lot of gossip work place which can be very draining
