Pros

Most of the team are hardworking people who truly give their all. The loyalty shown by staff to the company is the only reason the place is still standing.

Cons

You will spend more time navigating company politics than actually doing any work. There is no such thing as real promotions here. Your job title may change, your responsibilities may change, but your pay will stay the same. Your contract is designed to punish you if decide to leave. 3 month notice periods are the norm. Send it to someone you trust to read before you sign. Assume you will never get a bonus, 99% of the time the company will find a reason not to give it to you. This is not a company where your ideas matter, this is a company where you are expected to do as you are told. If you try to make a name for yourself you'll attract the attention of the two directors and be promptly put in your place. Just keep under the radar, hand over your good ideas to management to make them look good and you'll be safe. HR is pointless. Don't bother complaining, just leave.

Pros

Love the company and the culture. CEO is a visionary. Bright. Challenges you to do your best always. Great products.

Cons

The company is based in the UK so time differences make it sometimes hard to make decisions.

Pros

nice co workers, decent product

Cons

When I interviewed for the company I was completely mislead as I was told that there was an incredible opportunity for advancement and sadly that never happened. They gave me a good title but was paid and treated as a freelancer. I feel as though the title was the bait to get me to accept the position. Co workers were nice, product was good but a hard sell as it's expensive. CEO was at best difficult and everything was oddly secretive. All phone calls from the company came from a private phone number. STRANGE. I was never informed on the operation details of the product line. All the good people left.
