Honestly a fantastic company. 80% of the people in a management position genuinely care about you and your family. This company is not lying when they say great benefits, they are fantastic.

Pay was a little behind the times for internal promotions. I have heard that they have done a lot to be very competitive now so this con may be a thing of the past.

Good benefits, subsidized meals, good hours, fair workloads.

No time flexibility, it matters more that you are in the building than actually working. No consequences for poor performing employees, upper management does not seem to notice the toxicity. An entire department gutted due to purposeful ignorance.
