Now known as Elite Mindz: 1. Stressful work environment 2. Boss will never be satisfied 3. No flexibility to work 4. Would prefer Hire and Fire policy 5. Treat employees like slaves 6. Salary never on time 7. No Earned Leaves 8. Client satisfaction is never priority 9. Talk to employees like Servants 10. Getting salary and LOR is one big deal
