      Pros

      - Small office, so each relationship is very personal and individual - The CEO is super nice and cares for his employees - Truly familial work environment

      Cons

      The company just relocated, so the new office space is a little more constricted and small. You'll be rubbing elbows a little while you work, but it's by no means a deterrent.

      Pros

      All the pros of working on a boutique creative agency, small teams, lots of varied experienced, great team work, solidarity, support, family friendly and room for career growth. Mindfile has a wide variety of clients, which keeps the work challenging and interesting. The team is great to work with and the location is great for commuting from anywhere in NY.

      Cons

      None! Mindfile is a great place to work in for all the reason listed above.
