Pros

I can hardly think of any pro somehow managed to escape in 5 months But must say you are in better hands if you work under Jagbir -(cofounder)

Cons

They treat you like labours not developers. They pay a fresher salary of 13000. (When i was working remote..) Paying that much they expect to deliver projects in speed of light and on not being able to do so be ready for harsh words sometimes abusive too.. Just for reference i delivered 2 projects and one half way in just 5 months. Working in 2 projects simultaneously too in that span of time🥲. Work life balance!! I am sure nobody working there know whats that Most toxic culture ever faced.. employees call seniors 'sir'... I mean what have you done to deserve that.. i was much more knowledgeable that most of the seniors.. Vinod(co-founder) is the villain for you god save u if you are working under him he will make sure your morning starts with a regret pill Amit (cofounder) is that cunning boss.. you will feel sometimes he is very good to you but you never know how cunning he can be vinod and amit they both are abusive and heard them saying bhen***d in meeting often to the employees

Hey, I am a bit disappointed with the way you have displayed your dismay. 1) As a professional never bring out names it is a sign of immaturity. 2) If you have delivered 2 and a half projects in 5 months that is more than what any manager wants no matter how bad or abusive your managers are you will be treated as the most important asset for the company. Good resources are company assets. The same does not reflect from the feedback you have put for the company. 3) Never forget your first teacher, your first mentor, your first school, and your first company that gave you a step up in life. 4) Mindnerves does not have any Sir culture as you mentioned. I know how we founders treat our employees in buddy manner. However, mentorship and guidance sometimes require a firm approach to ensure growth and learning. 5) You joined the company remotely almost 2 years ago (not 5 months) when there was covid. Due to the nature of remote work not everyone is productive so the company is asking people to come to the office. Since you are from the same state and region so we asked you firmly to join the office. But you do not want to come to the office so you looked for change and when you got another opportunity you wanted to have immediate release without serving NP. Since your company was not cooperative to give you immediate release as you have project dependency. So you joined the office with a heavy heart. This made you distressed and you exploded in such a bad way in this feedback. What I learned from your colleagues is that you were totally unproductive in last one month of your NP and did not want to work. Anyways, since you have parted your ways so I do not want to mentor or lecture you anymore. If your mentors were harsh with you ay any time and you felt hurt I give my apology for that but that is what we mentors and teachers are supposed to do to make people learn. Please understand companies have policies and they should not be taken for a ride. Tomorrow when you will be in our shoes and you will understand. I genuinely hope you find success in your career, and I encourage you to approach future challenges and feedback with a constructive and professional mindset. Jagbir
